1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All orders placed on Dropping.in are verified and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Prepaid orders receive priority dispatch through our express logistics network.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery across serviceable pincodes in India takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. Major metro cities usually receive orders within 2 to 3 days, while Tier-2/3 regions take 3 to 5 days depending on courier route clearance.

3. Delivery Partners & Live Tracking

We partner with premier courier networks across India including DTDC Express, Velocity, Ekart, and Delhivery. Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, a live AWB tracking number will be sent directly to your mobile number via WhatsApp and SMS.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery is available across all serviceable pincodes in India. Please ensure the exact payable amount is ready in cash or available via UPI scan upon courier arrival at your shipping address.
